Dr. Leah Kramer is a Boston native who made a few stops before finally discovering Marin County. She received her Bachelor of Science from Tulane University with a double major in cell and molecular biology and theatre. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in St Kitts. Dr Kramer then completed an emergency and internal medicine-focused rotating internship at a private practice in Virginia Beach followed by a residency in emergency and critical care at Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists. She practiced in Maryland and throughout California before joining the PESCM team. Her clinical interests include management of polytrauma, surgical emergencies, respiratory crises. When not on the job, Dr. Kramer enjoys reading, live music, travel, and exploring the outdoors. She has a perfect Louisiana brown dog that accompanies her on all her adventures.
