
Dr. Amanda Stolpa was born and raised in Palo Alto, California. She attended UC Davis and earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science. For veterinary school she traveled to the Caribbean and attended Ross University in St. Kitts. After 3 years of life in the Carribean she returned to California and completed her clinical year at UC Davis Veterinary School. After graduating Dr. Stolpa completed a one year rotating emergency/specialty internship in Santa Rosa California at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital. Since her internship she has been a General Practice and Emergency Veterinarian. She currently lives in San Francisco with her fiancé (a writer), 2 cats (Boots and Dapper) and 1 senior labrador (Stu!). In her free time she enjoys cycling and mountain biking, traveling and cooking.
